President
A native of Grove, Oklahoma, has been raised in and around construction. He has been involved in every facet of construction, both commercial and residential. His vast experience has been gained from hands-on to owning his own construction company “Brookside Construction”.
The many varied responsibilities of a company owner for the past (16) years have given Ray diverse perspectives on the construction business, figuring job costs, making payrolls, and still showing a profit. At Brookside Construction he has also been involved in turnkey jobs with larger type modular housing which requires a different bidding process than site-built construction. Ray holds an All-Lines Insurance Adjuster License with training in scoping and Xactimate!
JEFF TOTTY

Jeff has been an independent adjuster since 2015 working day claims in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, and Kansas, and catastrophes all over the U.S. Jeff has experience in the fields of construction, insurance, and a Pro-Sales Specialist working with contractors. A Navy veteran and retired volunteer firefighter of 20 years, Jeff brings diverse experience to the table.
With his experience as an independent insurance agent in Property & Casualty in personal and commercial lines coupled with his human resources and commercial sales experiences, Jeff can educate future adjusters on how to meet the needs of both claimants and carriers as a professional catastrophe adjuster.
Jeff has very strong customer service and computer skills, solid ethics, knowledge of construction, policies, technical proficiency, and physical ability.
Jeff is licensed in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, North Carolina, Michigan, and Florida. He has water restoration certification and is Citizens certified.
